Karen's Coaching Subspecialties

Helping Women (and some men!) Start Their Own Business.

I am an expert at helping women start and grow their own business by helping them bust through the myths of what it takes to start a business.

I help women overcome their fear of leaving the corporate world (and that steady paycheck) behind to go out on their own.

Fertility Coaching

I help women manage the emotional aspect of fertility treatment by coaching them through the process.

Having undergone treatment myself, it is my belief that you can not fully understand infertility treatment unless you have experienced it firsthand. Having gone through several (failed) IUIs, IVFs and one FET, I have experienced infertility personally so I understand the struggles and frustrations of treatment. I served as Peer Group Leader for Resolve in Austin from 2005 to 2007.

Book Publishing Coaching

I help people who want to write and publish a book by stepping them through the process.

How many times have you thought about writing a book? Perhaps you've even said "I'm going to write a book someday." The publishing world has changed drastically over the past 10-15 years, and as a result many people choose to self-publish, which is not for the faint-of-heart. A knowledgeable coach (I am a published author of two books - one self-published) can guide you through the process, and help you navigate both the pitfalls and rewards of being an author.

General Life Coaching

I help people write the next chapter of their lives by assisting them in reaching their goals.

Because not every client "clicks" with every coach, call me for a free sample session! Especially if you are dealing with any of the above situations. My goal is to help you succeed! If you have never personally experienced what a life coach can do for you, be sure to take advantage of this free opportunity! 99% of people who hire a life coach are satisfied with the experience, so there is no risk to you!
